Met up with an old friend today. She has beautiful legs, slightly curved belly, and a gorgeous rack.…. she is an 1890’s Chickering and Sons parlor grand which I restored in 1980 shortly before my 23rd. birthday. Since, this instrument has raised children and now grandchildren, traveled coast to coast, returned to CNY, and still sounds magnificent.
