The Piano – An Instrument of SoundWatch short video demonstrationThis post is about sound. Pianos are instruments which brings sound into our homes, hearts, and lives. Music itself is only a form which utilizes sound and makes it palatable to the human mind; it being a miniscule aspect sound. Compositions of early period music were commissioned to affect public sentiment, whereas popular music is selected for publication based on its potential to popularize an artist and sell products. The genesis of it all is Acoustic Sound. This is pure music as we hear in nature, i.e. the music of songbirds or moan of a mating bear, which travels miles to attract. Pure sound is free and unlimited, existing within each of us. Some Theologians have stated that Sound leads Soul on its journey to God, and Light illuminates the way.
